Named for my grandparents — translates to the chosen one and the star — who were artists, gardeners, and people who always had extra home-cooked food on the table. The Origin
I spent years as a merchant and buying leader in corporate retail — good at the work, quietly unrecognizable to myself. By some twist of fate Reiki certification found me. What moved me wasn't a plan. It was one minute a day, repeated, until momentum returned. That's what I make now: small, rooted practices for people who are done white-knuckling their way through.
